TURKEY HOTLINE IS OPEN

The Butterball Turkey hotline went live decades ago saying they have taken some 3 million calls. They have gotten some CRAZY calls over the years on such subjects as their stove starting fire to forgetting to thaw the bird. So, with the holidays approaching quickly, here are a few classsics.

“Can I thaw my turkey in the toilet?”

“My cat started eating my raw turkey, what do I do?”

“How do I thaw my turkey on the luggage rack?”

Or this classic “How did a the meat disappear from the turkey?”  The turkey was laying upside down with the breast meat on the bottom.

We laugh but CRAZT thing happening around the holidays. If you get in a pinch don’t be afraid to call 1-800-Butterball
